Seasonal rates are as follows:

  • Low season from £720 per week
  • Mid season from £920 per week
  • High season from £1020 per week

How to book your stay

Booking your holiday at Holly Cottage is easy:

  • Check availability using our calendar.
  • Choose a Saturday as a start and finish day.
  • Fill in the necessary questions and contact details.
  • Check you are happy with the details, and hit submit.
  • Sally will receive your booking request and will be in touch if it has been accepted.
  • Payment details will be sent to you for making the deposit (£250).
  • Pay the outstanding amount 6 weeks before your holiday.
  • Enjoy your stay!

Yes, we accept one well-behaved dog by prior arrangement. Please let us know on the booking request form if you are bringing a dog.

Yes, a £250 deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due six weeks before your stay.

Holly Cottage accommodates up to six guests, with four bedrooms and plenty of space for everyone.

We accept bank transfers. Details will be provided during the booking process.

Yes, Holly Cottage includes a dedicated parking space for one car. There are electric vehicle charging points in Booths car park, Central car park and Skiddaw Street car park in Keswick. You can find out more about local parking here.

Linen is included, but please bring your own towels as these are not provided.

A £250 deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable.
The total amount is due six weeks prior to your stay.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made within six weeks of arrival will incur a charge for the full booking amount.
